Great customer service!!

My dog was picked up by P.G. County Animal Control in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. My dog has a microchip. I was told several times that my dog was not there. They listed him on PetKey under some random number, not the microchip number. They listed him on PetKey under a random name. They listed him as an incorrect breed on PetKey. They did not post his picture on PetKey. You can not depend on the information on PetKey to find your pet. If you suspect your pet has been picked up by animal control in Upper Marlboro in P.G. County Maryland, go there in person and look for your dog yourself. They are incompetent. And, they try to steal your pet’s collars! So, insist they give them back to you!

Whatever you thought you would want in this type of service, this is the place you want to remember. Everybody else is a wanna-b.
