I’m glad I have it

Very solid product, gets a young dogs attention quickly. My dog responds well to the beep, and then the vibration...shock rarely needed. Longer hair can be problematic getting the shock to deliver, unless it's a little damp. A smaller unit on the collar would make this a 5 star product in my opinion.

We recently adopted a 1 1/2 yr old puppy and transferred the registration into our name from the prior owner. PetKey verified us as the new owner, then changed the information in an efficient and timely manner. Also, when we took her to her new vet they were able to read her chip quickly and easily.

Although we have not needed Petkey yet, signing up was relatively easy. Thank you.
