POOR SERVICE I have posted about Fruugo and the fact that the incorrect lens was provided. They asked me to come back to them, which I have, via Trust Pilot, but no word from them. I wish to return one lens. I cannot do so, it seems. If I do not receive a phone call, about this, I am going to seek a refund via my credit card company. Call me: +44 (0) 20 3195 7730.
