I received the product and followed the directions. However my Hydrogenator Flask did not run for 20 minutes instead it ran for about 3 minutes. So I don’t know what to do. I’m thinking it is defective and it doesn’t have a handle as some of your emails stated. I would like to return this item. Thanks GOD BLESS

The Hydrogenator® Flask and the Hydrogenator® Bottle with Handle are two different products, and the Flask does not have a handle. We’d really like to help get this sorted out for you. The Piurify team shipped me a replacement Pitcher to replace the one we had. There was a delay in shipping but they kept me informed in the process. John provided me the usps tracking which helped track down the package at our FPO mail office. Great support from the team, and we continue to enjoy our Purify hydrogenated water living overseas.

I absolutely love my Purify Hydrogen bottle! It has become an important part of my daily wellness routine, and I’ve been very happy with the quality and benefits of the product. I ordered 2 flasks and only one arrived. I call customer service and the second one was sent out immediately. I researched hydrogen bottles and piurify was the only one to offer lifetime warranty. Can’t beat that.
