He asked me to send him a picture of the bottle so they could diagnose the problem and either repair or replace it if necessary. He also reminded me to make sure I was using the original charging cord that came with the bottle. When I checked my charging station, I realized it had been rearranged and I was using a quick-charging cord instead of the original cord. Since I honestly did not know what the original cord looked like, I simply stopped using the bottle. Before the charging problem, I had been using my Piurify bottle two or three times a day and really enjoyed it. What impressed me most was John’s persistence. Over the next several weeks, he continued to email me to see whether I had solved the problem. After about six weeks and three follow-up emails from him, I finally replied and asked what type of charging cord the bottle required. John answered promptly. I found the proper USB-C cord, plugged it in, and immediately saw a blue battery signal. The bottle charged and is now working perfectly again. If John had not taken the time to follow up with me, that bottle probably would still be sitting on my countertop as a non-functioning item and eventually would have ended up in storage. Thank you, John, for your patience, persistence, and excellent customer service. We are fortunate to still have people like you who truly care about helping the customers they serve.

Even though I knew I had some "dumb" questions they were so professional. I am from the days where customer service was expected. Now a days they make you talk to a robot.
