I would give a zero if I could! After being promised funds within a day or two then after providing everything but our left leg to get the loan we didn't receive any money! As a matter of fact, the underwriting department they sent our loan through decided to call the city for 'zoning' requirements of our business we've been running for two years and city came down and threatened to shut our business down! So this actually costed us a lot of money and possible a move in our location!
