I am trying to contact you guys regarding my purchase, seems like my email got ignored. Reply: I sent an email in reply to the order confirmation email and have yet to receive a reply although we spoke through chat on the ShopApp. Pluginfox says to contact Shop support and Shop support says to contact plunginfox yet I haven't received a reply to my initial email regarding my purchase.

Never got my download link! I paid $150 for tone 2 Electra 3 and was only sent a download to my invoice for the payment. The “instant delivery” did not happen. No link to download what I had actually paid for what so ever. I have yet to hear back from any human being on my situation. If anyone else has any knowledge on how to fix this please let me know!

I cannot download the product I bought, and though I contacted you, I have not received any response yet. It might be something that takes time to reply customer's email, but I guess it would have been nice to specify how much time it generally takes to respond to an inquiry into issues regarding the purchase as it directly relates to the level of satisfaction.

Purchase was easy. Found it a little difficult to checkout with Affirm but everything else was great.
