Fast delivery,great work.

The process was overly complicated. Way too complicated. The bad part is I still cannot get the software to work in Logic Pro.

I bought U-He Diva which is a $179 plugin on the 5 days ago as an instant delivery and haven't gotten the download yet, just an invoice. Sent multiple messages with either email or the chat on the website and haven't received a response at all

I was a bit sceptical, but went ahead and bought Sonnox Oxford Dynamic EQ from the site and paid with PayPal. After payment I Instantly got the Licenses. So no problem, everything went smooth.

I order Recycle from them, received an invoice but never received an email or link for download. Absolutely no customer support. i see many other people with the same issue.

Very good experience with plugin fox's tech support, solved all problems regarding to receiving license, final result: happy customer and successfully activated and installed plugin which works perfectly. ! Want to highlight the plugin fox's idea with donations to SU2C, that's a very great concept !. Finally want to wish a good luck to plugin fox's crew with their work.

The plugin was a great price, and I received my license code by email, almost immediately. A superb service. I will use this company again.

Full kudos to PluginFox for a good work ethic and customer service. I put in a poor review yesterday based purely on my first experience with them. I ordered Toontrack EZBass with a free bass Midi but had trouble navigating their order menu and saw no provision for how I would get the free midi. I went ahead assuming that I would get an email with a link etc after I paid. Nothing materialized and I sent them an email not expecting to get a reply so soon. They responded promptly and sent the correct info and now I have the free Toontrack bass midi and have installed it without any issues. Fantastic service PluginFox!
