Brittany was so kind and patient. She listened to everything I said and made me feel comfortable doing so. When I realized she would not be going through the entire process with me, I was so disappointed. Because she felt like family, someone I could trust and confide in. It was an amazing connection-emotionally and spiritually. She is an absolute gem.

I found this program when I was very ill. I hadn’t had a “normal” day in 2 years when I felt good. I was surprised that my health took a turn because I didn’t smoke, rarely drank, exercised everyday and was super happy. I had rheumatoid arthritis at 17 but it had subsided for the most part. I got COVID and my ear plugged and after going to several doctors they all said I’d have to learn to live with the buzzing and not hearing out of one ear. I was constantly dehydrated even though I was drinking lots of water. I had zero energy and always cold and pale. I needed answers and found a local holistic chiropractor that helped some but I never felt good. I kept seeing Dr. Pompa on facebook and felt drawn to give it a try. My inflammation test was off the charts! I took a leap of faith and drove in. I had several mercury fillings removed improperly years before just because they were so ugly but I had 2 smaller ones left and I went to a biological dentist and had them removed safely. I found out I’m “sensitive” as doses needed to be cut down or taken gradually for my body. Honestly my previous doctor was giving me all or nothing so this concept was new to me and awesome because I wanted to heal but also feel the best I could. It’s been a year of figuring out how to knock down each new symptom from parasites to bloating to anxiety to aches but the coaches especially my personal coach Tori Goddard has been there every step of the way guiding me and encouraging me. I’m happy to say that I feel great most of the time! I still have a little ways to go but I thank God everyday for Dr.Pompa creating this program. It brought my life back. I’m able to babysit my grandkids again, go to their sporting events, travel some and feel “normal”! It’s not easy but it’s so worth it. I believe I was headed toward some bad diagnosis before I found this. Thank you to all!

I am new to the program having just started my Core Prep supplements and starting to implement diet and lifestyle changes. Brice Orrell did an excellent job of reviewing my health information and assessment results and thoroughly explaining with great detail the phases of the program. I was assigned to Jade Mesquita as my health coach and she has been delightful in our first two sessions. We discovered that we attended the same university and that she lives near my parents! Small world. I’m excited to see what health advances I can make over the next year and glad to have such an accessible team of health advisors to guide my journey.

My experience with Silvik has been awesome! I’m about 6-7 months into the program and love the way I’ve been feeling. Silvik always has great insight and suggestions when I wasn’t feeling great. 😊

After my bout with cancer, I knew I had to change what wasn't working. And after months of prayer (sometime not listening) I knew I had to "Fix the Cell to get Well". I could not get that phase out of my mind, so I took the plunge. Working with my coach Ryan has been a tremendous help. He has opened up so much information and resources I would have never explored with this program on my own. The program is definitely a lifestyle change and Ryan helps me set healthy goals that are easily attainable. Ryan is very easy to talk to about uncomfortable situations that need attention to. And although we may not always agree to certain situations, I know that he is here to help me get healthy and is usually right (Don't tell him I said that!). I know there is still much more to learn and experience with this program I look forward to my visits with Ryan each month. His joy is infectious. Thank you Ryan and Dr. Pompa.

I recently enrolled in the Pompa program after consulting with another Dr. Brittany was the Pompa representative and she was fantastic!! She was professional, very knowledgeable and prepared with the information of the program and had a genuine caring and interested in my situation. My recovery time with my workouts has increased. My overall energy has increased significantly. I don’t need an afternoon nap anymore. The product is outstanding!
