Two months on the program , with the help of my coach Jade Mesquita, I’m seeing results I would not have imagined. My right hand has been randomly, off and on, shaking, over the past ten years. The specialists determined it was not Parkinson’s, and couldn’t otherwise explain it. Shortly after starting the Pompa program the shaking stopped. Win #2: The brain fog I was starting to experience following a brain surgery in 2024 has also gone away. Can’t wait to see what win #3 will be. Thanks Jade.

My experience with the Pompa Program was vey good. My consultant was very poised in her knowledge and explanation of the purpose and intent of the company and also very patient in explaining and diagraming everything so I could understand more clearly. Even though I was not quite ready to follow through I did order product that she recommended.

I’m so glad I enrolled in the Pompa Program. It gave me the jump start I needed to focus on detoxification and support my body at the cellular level. The supplements were incredibly helpful in reducing inflammation, and my joints felt significantly better throughout the process. I was nervous because there A LOT of pills but eventually found a way to get them all down and it became easier and easier. What truly made the difference for me was my health coach, Chiquita. She took the time to explain everything clearly, listened carefully to my concerns about potential contraindications—especially regarding magnesium and my autoimmune diagnosis —and offered thoughtful, sound guidance in a warm and passionate way. She was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. I felt like I was being coached by a friend. She encouraged without crossing a line. I miss having my check-ins with her. I am now 25 pounds lighter than when I started the program. Preparing my body properly and having consistent accountability from my health coach made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend the Pompa Program to anyone who is ready to prioritize their health and give their body the focused reset and support it deserves.

She not only helps me navigate my detox journey, but is there via a quick txt message whenever I have a question or need advice. I was extremely skeptical about the Dr. Pompa program and almost signed up several times—but didn’t. It wasn’t until after my father passed away in a nursing home that I got serious about my own health.
