It was timely and very informative. Mike did a great job of explaining cellular inflammation as a root cause of many illnesses.

Pompa has lots of education videos. Very helpful and informative. The cost is very high and I asked if there would be additional costs to the original 7k. I was told some small costs if coach seems you had symptoms for some additional protocols. If you purchase every 3rd party option and all the protocols it will be a very very nice brand new car. I buy used cars I was brokenhearted and in tears they wanted another 5k to continue for another 7 months. The coaching was weak and often my supplement schedules were incorrect. I’d you have brain fog you need schedule you can rely on because you are not able to process on your own as many are complicated. If you don’t continue basically your symptoms come back and you have to start over loosing 7k investment. I think the supplement products were excellent and Pompa seems to have gone through a rough road and genuinely wants to help people but the company is getting bigger and some of that is lost in the day to day. I started in April and finished October and trying to limp through end of year financially. There is a lot missed as coaching is 1/2 hour once a month to 6 weeks and I missed a lot on diets and had to fix schedules. Could improve coaching on these two areas. Half an hour a month is not worth $174. Need to find a way to lower costs for this program. Doing best I can to change products as I run out of toxic products to clean ones. Not able to hire all the sub contractors to come test for molds metals sir etc. I’m still deciding if I feel jipped taken advantage of my life long health situation or doing better. My final email coach said I am better or healed of a lot of items I still have. Updated: December 24 I was offered a free one coaching session but I was out of supplements by then. What I really needed was more supplements to keep going. I will say another month after this review I noticed more clarity in brain finally but took 3 months of brain phase. The acid reflux is still not resolved and I have to be very careful on foods drinks that agitate that. I noticed my pain level and fatigue jumped 3 weeks after no supplements. I have a lot of other health issues I am not detailing here. I do wish I could fund this to keep going. I was able to purchase the core phase box and I plan to take one a day instead of 3 and see if I can cash flow order every 90 days to save the $320 for the 5 core supplements about 64.00 a bottle. I may have to increase to 2 a day and also would like to get some brain clear bottles. I pray God will provide financially for me to continue with a lower dosage Has anyone been able to get hSA authorization to order these? I am leaving it at 3 stars as disappointed in the coaching and this should really include 3 months of brain phase for the 7K price instead of only 1. It’s not a bad program…education good…supplements excellent. Just be prepared to fork out a lot of money to be effective and if you’re sick. You may or may not have income to support this path to healing unfortunately. Updated Feb 2026 I am just doing core supplements and funding them by taking 2 instead of 3 a day. My brain fog is better. I think if I could have detoxed longer would have been good. Financial issues. My fatigue is up in February so I need to get back to full dose on core when can. Someday when I have extra $$$ I can detox for a year would be good.

My husband and I have learned so much from Dr. Pompa and our coach, Stephanie. We have more control over our health with the knowledge we’ve obtained, and we feel better. We’re so thankful God led us to this program after years of prayer for answers. We will take this information and apply it for the rest of our lives.

As a former Hygienist I had many issues slowly coming on. I went down the conventional path of Drs and specialist’s and even HRT. Finally when NOTHING got better I thought I have to do something very different. I heard Dr Pompa speak and it made sense… but could it be true ? Well 6 mons later I’m 40 lbs lighter my Blood Sugar is normal my A1C it back in normal ranges and my blood pressure is better than in my 20’s . I still have upstream issues, but now I know I can really get free from my symptoms and heal the cell. Looking forward to it .

I had a very positive experience with Rebecca Baxley as she lead is through the results of out health assessment. She was very helpful and informative. She was able to reveal some root causes of the issues I have been struggling with for years. You can tell she is very passionate and dedicated helping people reach a healthier you. After our meeting I left feeling like I met a new friend.
