Rebecca Baxley was so helpful in explaining what was going on in my husband's and my body. We both have a myriad of symptoms. She is very patient, knowledgeable, genuine, and caring as are everyone we have spoken to associated with Dr. Pompa. We are definitely looking forward to working with Rebecca and the Pompa Program in the near future!

I saw results especially in my inflammation, it decreased significantly, one of my joints that never seemed to heal has finally gone down in so much inflammation. My fatigue has gone away, brain fog and energy has improved. My test results also showed improvement, I no longer had a positive test anymore for tests that I had a positive marker on 2 years ago.

I started this program because I was finally tired of developing another autoimmune disease. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in my 30s, Sjogren's syndrome in my 40s, I had a stroke in 2033, and alopecia this spring. The hair loss scared me into action more than the stroke. I then became determined to find out why I had all these problems. I found the Pompa Program, and it changed everything for me. I have lost 32 pounds since I started the program. I have energy and feel great. The amount of supplements you have to take is very difficult to get used to, but it is worth it!!! My Coach, Kasey, was awesome. I recommend this program.

I started the program in February 2025. I was going to start the program alone, but then spoke to my husband about it and we’ve been doing it together. We are still on the brain phase portion of the program and probably will be for as long as we feel is necessary.As a health coach, I’ve always being vigilant of my diet and lifestyle, I wanted to take my wellness to another level. I will be 60 in another year and just want to truly make sure I’m doing everything I can for my brain and body. I have tried almost everything and every philosophy on the market, but I will say that I have learned so much from Dr. Pompa’s program! My coach Stephanie Lacey was also so incredibly helpful and just a great support system for me. This just took my wellness to a whole other level as well as my husbands. We have never felt better! The knowledge we took from Dr Pompa has equipped us with lifelong results. It is a bit of sacrifice watching your diet, particularly when you’re eating out and making the right choices as well as taking the supplements and following through with other modalities of self-care, but it all depends on how bad you want it.! You can only be given the information and the tools but then it’s up to you! You also cannot put a price on your health. If I could give this program a 10 I would . Thank you Dr Pompa for creating this program I know there are so many people that need this. I literally feel like I’m 30 again if you’re considering this program do it you will not regret it!

During my time with Kasey at the Pompa Program, I experienced several improvements in my over-all health. The sinus congestion seems to be improving but needs more time and attention to heal. The pain and stiffness in my hands has improved and continues to do so on a daily basis. I continue to follow the basic diet and several supplements to support this healing. I have noticed a reduction in brain fog and an increase I clarity and focus. My energy levels are better allowing for more productivity at work. My health coach , Kasey, was a very crucial part of the program. She was very knowledgeable, supportive and empowering, which helped us build a good relationship. This consecuently fostered motivation, accountability and a positive experience throughout the journey. Thank you Kasey!

I was losing hope that I would ever feel better until I found Dr. Pompa’s Program. Everyone I have encountered, especially my Coach Katelyn, have been caring, informative and supportive, walking me through each step of the program. I’m feeling better than I have in many, many years, I’m getting back my energy and my life. This program was the answer to my prayers.

Dr. Pompa's assistant, Steve Mittman, took two full hours to answer my questions and help me to determine if I was ready to commit to a seriously regimented program and thousands of dollars before beginning the program. I appreciate this because I tend to jump into new things without thinking through the commitment. I did not feel that Steve was a "salesman" for Dr. Pompa as some other reviewers have stated, but rather an informed representative trained to understand my assessment results and what I would hope to get from the program (my motivator). Speaking to someone very familiar with functional medicine, the opinion was that the cost of the program was fair for the approach, time and materials invested into the Dr. Pompa Program. (Steve made a point of differentiating between Dr. Pompa's program and functional medicine.) I felt no pressure to sign up, even though there was a discount involved for making a decision during the first Zoom meeting and financing options were explained. In the end, while I saw the value in the program, I decided the timing wasn't right for me to begin the program. I was following a Functional Medicine doctor and felt I was on many supplements but wasn't moving forward. I had insulin resistance and was told it is slow to respond to treatment. No real change in my lab work in 2 years. After joining the Pompa program I lost about 8-10 pounds in several months. I didn't know about heavy metals in the brain but my main concern is preventing dementia since my grandmother, mother and 5 aunts had it. I realize the environment is toxic and I am trying to clean up my health and educate my children and grandchildren. I really enjoy all the education the program offers.
