First time shopping. Followed this from PriceWatch.com. Ordering was fast, easy, and product details were easy to read. Very clean back to basics product pages. Reviews were easy to read. Will try to submit product review pending delivery of item.

Before ordering I called the company and was treated very well. They answered all my questions and didn't make me fill like they were to busy to talk, like some companies in the past have done. I can't wait to get it in and try it out.

I called customer service and it was fast. I had one question and it was answered. I didn't believe it, so I looked it up and found that what they said was true. So I bought it and now I am waiting for it to show up. This item I was looking for is hard to find. For the price and brand I wanted, the had it.

I've ordered nearly 20 systems, and all have been fantastic.

Item was well boxed will all screws and cables in separate bags. All documentation was in an envelope. Shipping was by FedEx and as expected arrived a day earlier then first projected. I ordered a barebones kit and the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the heat sink clamp was loose. I had to push the lever over to fully clamp it. I doubt any problems will arise from it though as it has already passed their test before shipping.

This is the 5th or 6th full pc build I have ordered from Portatech. Every system shipped has been sent and received on time. All PC's came with everything needed to have a successful running system. The prices are also very reasonable for what system you are receiving . Overall, great experiences. - The only reason for a 4 star is because one system was shipped without the OS installed already, however the install disc was provided and I just did it myself. No problems. Maybe could be for some.

These prices beat any other prices I could find anywhere on Internet, besides you can configurate your pc as much as you want. I love this page.
