bad experience so far! i placed an order and never received any order confirmation. my card was charged, but i have no way of even tracking my package.

Hi Grace! Thank you for your feedback. Typically, order preparation takes 3-5 business days unless it's a weekend or a holiday. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you'll receive an automated email with tracking information. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam/junk/promotions folder. Your order confirmation was sent on the day of purchase at around 7:03 pm, and your order was shipped this morning. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention!

i was not told the product was out of stock and only once purchased was i let know that the item will not be shipped to me.

Shipping was relatively quick. Item is cute (but small), but quality is lacking for the price point. Extremely thin fabric—could have easily come from a manufacturer like SHEIN

Clothes were not what I expect and costumer service sucks, I ask for a return and got lots of email about shopping again but no response for my return or exchange !!
