Never received my samples that I paid for. All I get are emails to sell more and links to websites that are “Down”. No one to inquire about where the samples are or if this “company” even exists. Beware.

Hi Steve, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the sample sizes. We genuinely value your feedback, and it's important to us that you have a positive experience with our products. Our samples are intended to provide a hands-on feel for our panel styles, and we understand that their size fell short of your expectations. When you order our panels, you will receive a package that includes two panels, each measuring 94.49" L x 12.60" W, offering a more representative experience. We're committed to improving your experience. Please share any suggestions or concerns. Your satisfaction is our goal, and your input matters. Thank you.
