I was looking for a stationary bike. However, I changed my decision and bought Spirit elliptical XE 195 after my interaction with Rick Villarreal. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Rick is a very good trainer as well. I wanted to strengthen my back and he provided some valuable suggestions. I'm glad I met Rick. I am very happy with the purchase from Precor Home Fitness - Roseville and would highly recommend this place. Regards, Krishnadas Cherumbath

Bought a machine and they didn’t have the one I ordered in stock, so they delivered a comparable machine to my house to use till my machine came in, 11/2 months later . Gerald was really good .

Thank you for the 5-star review, John! We really appreciate your business and are glad we were able to get you working out right away even though your machine was backordered.

After 10.5 years of hard service our previous Precor treadmill finally gave out and we replaced it with a new Precor model 211. We love it except for the cup holders which due to their extreme sloped design we HATE. They are apparently designed exclusively for a water bottle with lid secured. Even water and coffee tumblers with lids will leak when tilted at the angle they must sit in the cup holders.

Thank you for the great review, J.J.F.! We really appreciate your business! Sorry about the drink holders, hopefully the next design takes this into account!
