Poor customer service
Went to pick up scheduled paid item, purchased previous week. Item not assembled at promised time, wasn’t available until following day. Only excuse, “we are very busy”, no apologies for inconvenience. Will NOT do business with Anchorage Precor in future.

They seemed to have most stuff but sold…
They seemed to have most stuff but sold out of what I wanted...They said they would order it and call me when it came in...almost a month later, no call and went in and there it was, they never called...They could use some help in the customer satisfaction department...
