Hi Kyle, We're sorry, this was a genuine technical failure on our side, not an attempt to take anyone's money. For a limited period, some orders were charged successfully but the course was not attached to the customer's profile, so the account showed no course and no order. Once we found the problem we corrected it and reached out to affected customers, and refunds have been issued wherever customers were eligible. We're sorry that our reply to your email did not reach you in time. Hi Will, Thank you for the detailed feedback and we're sorry, both for the course not meeting your expectations and, more importantly, for the fact that your refund request went unanswered. A month without a reply is indefensible, and we're sorry. On the content itself: the "best and worst response" format reflects the situational judgement style used in the FireTEAM assessment, but your point about the video presentation is fair and we're rebuilding that material. Hi Lexi, We're sorry, this was a technical fault on our side, and we understand why it looked the way it did. For a period, some completed orders were not correctly linked to the customer's account. The payment went through, but the profile showed no course and the access link redirected back to the sales page instead of opening the QuickPass course. We identified the cause and fixed it, then contacted the affected customers directly. Refunds have been issued wherever customers were eligible.
