The product came today, looks as advertised.The package was spouse to be delivered on the 1/2/22 but came today 1/10/22.But that is Fed ex fault not the merchant fault.

Prima Vini Wine Merchants offered a tough to find bottle that they shipped straight to my door. The bottle arrived unscathed and exactly as described. I would definitely order from them again.

My recent review was very critical of Prima Vini because of a lack of response to an order. In their usual form, I received a call the next day from Brandon, apologizing and explaining the shops had been closed for a break after the Christmas rush. He offered to deliver my order the next day, which they did. THAT’s the kind of customer service I’ve experienced over the years, and why it’s my go-to wine & spirits merchant! Original review: I love you all, but I placed an order last week and have heard nothing about whether I can pick it up. I did email last week asking about it. No response.

This was my 1st order an I must say I’m pleased. The prompt delivery with bottle ls intact made my day. I will order again an recommend to my family & friends.
