Bought a watch from this company in 2017 - Seiko Automatic - got it in the mail and and took it out - immediately noticed that it wasn't keeping time - returned it - they sent it back and refused to refund my money saying that it was scratched (it wasn't). This company sucks. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Bought my watch from Princeton many years ago, sent it in for minor Repair: band change and general cleaning, cost me approximately $225 + it took 6 months to get it back. If I’d known this up front I’d bought a new watch! Every time I called or emailed Princeton I’d get the standard runaround of your watch will be ready in 7-10 business days. Today I received my watch via ups in plastic bag within a box, couldn’t even wrap in bubble wrap to protect, but I’ll be damned if I’ll send it back! Never again will I buy a watch from Princeton Watches, I would rather pay full retail from local dealer than mess with Princeton ever again!!!

Terrible experience. Sent a defective Seiko automatic watch that did not keep time and actually stopped within two weeks of receipt. Returned and was told that they would not refund purchase due to "wear" on the watchband. That is absolutely false. Two band links were removed by a jeweler to fit my wrist and were included in the jeweler's small plastic bag with the watch. There was no wear at all. Stay away from this dishonest internet retailer.!!

Do Not Purchase from them , I ordered a watch that I nevertheless er received they withdrew the money from my account and then I called and was told to watch my email for claim forms Amazingly they could not email me (I receive 100’s of emailer per day) the. They mailed out claim forms that may or may not need to to notarized there is no one to speak to can’t speak to a manager , can’t speak to the claims dept there is only one woman who answers all calls. Now I am waiting for forms the. May have to run around and have them notarized , mail them back and the. God know what they will do at that point. I to am fearful this is a criminal organization they took my money but will not refund it and there are forms send snail mail, I have to send back snail mail and no one but one woman’s to speak with Do Not Purchase from them under any circumstances and btw the watch I bought was cheaper on amazon !

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They promise Next Business Day shipping but do not honor their promise even though you pay for the premium shipping. I now fear that I will not get the item I purchased. This could be a criminal scheme.

A few weeks ago, I would have given Princeton Watches a less than 5 star review. The short story is that I was upset with Princeton Watches because I had gone to a Victorinox store to have my mom's watch repaired and the store gave me a hard time about the warranty. After extensive back and forth with Victorinox, Princeton Watches came to my rescue. I was already stressed with work related issues, and the last thing I wanted to be doing was spending my time on the phone arguing with the Victorinox customer service center. I contacted Princeton Watches (Anthony K), and they took it from there. Anthony contacted Victorinox and settled the "issue" and my watch is being fixed at no charge now. I will be a return customer to Princeton Watches in the future.
