Took longer than expected for some of…
Took longer than expected for some of the results. I worked with Luke who earned you the 5 stars. Rating would not have been that high without Luke.

I'm so glad I was able to help! We're working out best to work with our vendor, Quest to try and resolve the issue on backlogged tests. Ultimately we are at their mercy when it comes to fulfillment, and we will do everything in our power to make sure our patients are informed every step of the way. Employee was very friendly and listened carefully to what I was saying. She also had an attitude as if she and I were long-time friends.
