2 attempts, still long delay
Experienced confusion over appointment confirmation. Arrived at testing center to learn I didn’t have appointment. Staff at testing center aloof and unhelpful. Left without test. Made appointment at another site and received test. If second location was my only experience I would have rated 4 stars (still had to wait 40 min past my appointment time).

I appreciate the professionalism and…
I appreciate the professionalism and support. Unfortunately there was a delay in my results because of an identification delay, but the staff were wonderful in correcting the error and forwarding my results.
