Very easy to pay and get labs done without any questions. Results were also quick to receive.

It was an average experience but secondary testing results took much longer than anticipated. My results required further testing which I was told would take 5 extra days. My collection date was 9/23, my initial results came back on 9/24 and the 5-days-to-wait testing came back on 10/5! Setting expectations is super important especially during testing. I was freaking out the entire waiting time.

The staff was wonderfully pleasant. They double-checked with me multiple times to make sure my information was correct. They cleaned their hands and the injection site well. Loved the electronic check-in. It would be even better if each person got a number instead of our names being read out loud in the waiting room. The floors looked dirty and scratched up, which made me feel nervous about the cleanliness of the place. There was no soap in the bathroom! The instructions I was given for the urination sample said to wash my hands with soap, which I couldn't do. They also said I shouldn't flush the toilet, but then the toilet auto-flushed. The results came back very quickly, which I appreciate. It was confusing, though, that I got an email asking me to create a Quest Diagnostics account, after the previous email had told me not to. Why send the Quest Diagnostics email if we're supposed to ignore it?
