We're sorry to hear you had trouble finding the collection site! If you try to call Quest directly, you are sent to an automated phone system which doesn't reach a live person. We (Priority) have care counselors standing by to help and can be reached by calling the number in your order confirmation email. Great
Process was smooth and timely for the most part. The 10-panel was back in a little over a day. Called once for a question and the employee was really nice. Only complaint is that it took almost 7 business days (results posted on 9 pm Friday night when I got it done the previous Thursday morning) for the early detection results despite it saying up to 5 business days, but that’s likely more on quest than it is this company. So just be aware for the early detection that might not be an exact window. But I still got my results and the everyone in the priority company did everything well on their part.

In nearly all cases, early detection tests will come back within 5 business days, however there has been a recent surge in volume at Quest's specialty processing labs that accommodate those specific tests which has caused slight delays for those specific tests.
