Mostly great with one big hiccup.
Timely, easy to follow, speedy results and although generally confidential, just received an email for filing a review that included "STD" in it. Big failure in an effort to remain confidential when the title of the email has this wording in it.

Thank you for the feedback, we will report this to Trustpilot and request that they update the format if they are able to. We're glad to hear that the rest of your testing experience was a good one!

Pretty easy to sign up and get service
Pretty easy to sign up and get service. I opted to use a different Quest location last minute and it was no big deal. Had my results in 48hrs and would highly recommend.
