Terrible
Terrible. Go to the doctor and order your tests there. What a headache.

Thank you for reaching out to us. According to our records, your final lab results were available just 24 hours after collection at which point an email notification was issued along with the review request. The title of the email says "Lab Result Notification". Our director of patient services has reached out to you in private to discuss this further. Update: We spoke with the patient and resolved the issue. Thank you for choosing Priority!

Easy convenient and confidential
Easy convenient and confidential. Test orders were promptly executed and results were fast. I felt very reassured that I had access to someone who could answer questions.
