The lab people at quest where inexperienced with std testing online services; however, they did express there lack of knowledge and tried to understand how to check me in for testing.

Ordering and paying for the test was super easy and convenient. It is important to thoroughly read your confirmation email and I personally suggest printing the orders (available through the link “to results” in the confirmation email) so you can hand those to whoever is staffing the desk. This will help staff and protect your confidentiality, especially in matters of a sensitive nature. If you have any concerns, I have found the company to be highly communicative and responsive. Do not be afraid to reach out to them with questions! I was pleased with the speed of my results. Thank you!

Was cheaper than buying it straight from the lab they’re contracted with. I spent about $100 less! Was super easy checking out online and I was in and out of the lab in less than 15 minutes. Test results took about 3 business days. 10/10 recommend!
