The process was extremely smooth. From selecting which tests I wanted and paying for them upfront, to just walking into a lab to have the tests run, to being able to easily and quickly access the results (even before all the results were in), the process was quick, easy and efficient.

Everything was great. However, when I went to Qwest the first time, it was not clear that they closed at 430 (instead of 5); I arrived at 435 and it was closed so I had to return the next day. Nonstandard bus8ness hours should be more clearly provided.
