I had a good experience
I had a good experience. I was able to an appointment quickly and once I arrived I was seen right away. The results were delivered a day or two later. I wish that there was a medical professional that could explain the results. I had to make an appointment with my doctor to go over the results. My doctor then wanted to do more labs.

Same day testing, prompt results, on the phone with a human doctor in less than 3 minutes
Walked in to local testing clinic same day I ordered the test, full test results were provided in less than 3 days. I could see results come in, in real time. I had a concern, and was able to be on the phone with a real human (Luke or Lucas, I can't remember) in less than 3 minutes, who was very kind and patient and reassuring and answered all my questions promptly. I could not imagine a more user friendly, user focused service and would recommend to anyone looking to get tested.

Sometimes things don't go as planned but...
Got a reply to my prior bad review from Luke at Priority STD Testing - in less than 24 hours. Problem was caused by Quest Diagnostics but Priority STD stood up and made it right. Changed my review and gave them 5 stars. There is a reason this page is filled with 5 star reviews
