No complaints
No complaints. I tested late Friday afternoon, and all results were complete by the following Monday, with some results available by Saturday. Everything was quick, easy, discreet and professional. It's not something I'd like to have to do often, but if you must, this is the way to go.

The results were quick and I could see…
The results were quick and I could see results as they became available. It would be nice to have a guide or someone to call to help understand results (i.e titer tests and things like that) ***Update*** They do have people to talk to. The lady that I spoke to was clear and friendly. I didn't even have to wait on hold. It is nice that you can see what TYPE of test they run too. My mom used to work at an AIDs clinic, and I know that different tests scan for different things with different levels of accuracy.

Simple to use. Just print the page showing transaction number for the fastest service at the lab.
