Ordered a panel and literally within 30mins I had completed the necessary testing. Staff at the testing center were kind and professional. The folks at the lab must be doing a stellar job since i’ve received all results within about 30 hours total since the samples were collected. Excellent.

8 of the 10 tests returned in 1 day, the 9th & 10th on the third day. The link in the email was easy to use and to read the results. Original call and walk in scheduling and execution was very easy and convenient. The folks at the site were great as well.

All the information says you can walk in and get tested at any Quest lab. That is not true right now. Both of the Quest labs I tried to walk into said I needed appointments. That’s fine but I have to take work off each time I go. When I called to check on my results I mentioned this to the “counselor” they seemed defensive. I just didn’t want other people to go through this. The person I talked to seemed upset and said they can only give us the information the Quest gives them. I understand they might go by what information Quest gives but I can’t be the first person to tell them walk ins aren’t welcome.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The information we receive about appointment only facilities comes directly from Quest's lab finder. If they do not update to reflect, we have no way of knowing. With over 4000 locations to choose from, nearly all accept walk-ins. We have built a custom system that allows us to remove appointment-only facilities from our lab finder, therefore we would like to remove this location so future patients are not directed there. Our director of patient services will reach out to you in private so we can address this issue.

The wait time shows 8 minutes from the website/online. When you walk in the door 1 minute later you realize that the wait is actually 1+ hours if you don't have an "appointment".

The information on Quest's website comes directly from the collection site, therefore if they do not accurately update their wait times, we have no control over the information displayed. All lab orders are valid at any Quest facility, therefore we welcome patients to attend a different collection site if the wait time is too long. Our director of patient services will reach out to you in private to address your concerns in more detail.
