Fix Your Greeting Process
First, the technician who drew blood had perfect technique. I barely felt the needle stick, and I'm really skittish about sharp objects and soft tissue. (hate dentist...LOL). My only complaint - I don't think it necessary that I need to explain to the security guard/screener, in front of the other waiting clients, what type of test I'm there to take. Frankly, it's none of her business what type of test I'm there to take. You need to refine that process. Edit: For the record, their response stated that someone would reach out to me. That didn't happen. Oh, well.
