I thought it was a totally professional…
I thought it was a totally professional experience. The staff was friendly, direct, and comforting. The way man that drew my blood was fantastic! Didn’t feel a thing. For why I was there, it was a great experience!

All these are fake reviews
All these are fake reviews. They will send you to a quest diagnostics center. I waited an hour to be seen. No one answers the phone. ZERO customer service. I did not speak with anyone named Jon. I disagree, It’s very easy to create fake reviews on here also. If you walk into a Quest diagnostics, like Priority suggests, expect to wait 1-2 hours. Quest doesn’t have a live operator to speak to either so you can’t call them

Hi Robert, I believe you already spoke with Jon, one of our customer care representatives this morning and he was able to assist you. If not please contact Jon at 1-888-211-2365 and we will be happy to assist you. Additionally we partner with Quest as our lab just like a primary care physician does, and it states this all over our website. Also it is not possibly to to create fake reviews using the Trustpilot's reviews system which is why we utilize their service over other review platforms.
