Quick & easy
Quick & easy, how ever felt rushed by the lady that was attending me. Didn’t even ask if I had any questions which I did but due to her rushing I didn’t bother.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Although we are a separate company, we entrust Quest to fulfill our orders quickly and professionally. If this isn't the case, then we will file a report with the appropriate managers so corrective action can be taken. Your order and result notification emails both request that you contact us directly by phone or email should you have any questions during the testing process, as our care counselors are best suited to provide information about the process, your lab order, and results through our system. Quest PSC staff are strictly there to collect samples for our lab orders. Our goal is to provide nothing less than a 5-star testing experience to all of our patients. Our director of patient services, Luke, will be reaching out to you privately tomorrow to address your concerns in more detail and provide you with the answers you deserve.

There were no problems or issues with…Definitely a 5-star experience
There were no problems or issues with any part of the process. I paid for the tests. I chose my laboratory test location. There were many convenient test locations available to choose from. I walked in to the test location I chose without an appointment. I only had to wait for about 15 minutes before my lab work was completed. My test results were available the day after my lab work was completed. I’m very pleased with the entire experience.

This was easy and painless
This was easy and painless. The lab tech rejected a test, however Luke emailed me and corrected the situation without me having to go back.
