Quick and effective after the initial…
Quick and effective after the initial mistake on my end of not ordering the test prior to being there the woman was very informative and helpful and we figured it out. The building was also clean and comfortable to be in.

Great visit
Wait time was longer than advertised because of COVID testing and the fact that I went on Election Day but I cannot fault then for that. I forget the women’s name And have lost her card but she was professional, discreet, and competent with an excellent bedside manner. She was the only one working and was noticeably stressed as a result but she didn’t let that come through in her work.

Wait was almost an hour
Wait was almost an hour. Was classified as “walk in” and notified that wait was essentially 2nd or 3rd level patient level. Not a pleasant check in at all.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear your visit to the collection site was not up to our standards. None of the Quest facilities that we send our patients to require appointments to ensure quick same-day testing. For most of our patients, the entire visit takes less than 30 minutes. There certainly are busier times and collection sites than others, but we have taken this into account as well to ensure a smooth and quick testing process. Your order confirmation email included a link to verify live wait times before attending the selected testing center along with information about choosing a different location without having to update your lab order. We recommend reviewing this information before getting tested to avoid long waits and to prepare for your visit thoroughly. We appreciate all feedback though, and will look for opportunities to make our service better for future patients.
