Their locks are flawed. Mine got stuck on my trailer, took me 20 minutes to get it off. When trying to get it replaced they make you send in videos and then tell you it's not broken. From their own Customer Service : "Our locks are hand-assembled by our team here in Florida, and occasionally, adjustments may be needed. Based on the video you provided, the lock itself does not appear to be malfunctioning. Instead, it looks like the set screw may be too tight, preventing the lock from coming out properly. Trailer vibrations can cause the set screw to shift over time, meaning it may occasionally need to be readjusted. This can happen regardless of whether the lock is replaced, so a replacement may not prevent the same issue from occurring again." So essentially you bought hundreds of dollars of flawed product from us and we're not going to replace it because it will just happen again.

I ordered a trailer wheel lock from this business and cancelled the order 12 hours later. After reading the 1000's of their negative reviews; that prompted the cancellation. And because I ordered from outside USA, the exchange rate difference cost me over $50!! They refused to make me whole, knowing fully they cannot make a profit off from no sale, no shipping period! Garbage Customer Service, garbage management; typical brovado!

I purchased a lock for my 5th wheel that has a Reese Goose Box 20K Adaptor. Everything was easy, my lock arrived in a weeks time which was good because it came from Florida to California. I ordered the GOB lock with the upgraded Stainless Steel lock. The lock box fits very tight and not loose anywhere. Nice lock and fit. Very simple to figure out how to attach it to the 5th wheel adaptor.

Had a great experience lock saved my trailer. they tried to remove it but they couldn't.

Their locks are not half bad, but Lord help you if there is an issue. Made a purchase, sent the wrong locks and I've literally had 15 emails where I have to tell them what I need. Look at the order - get it right, it's that simple. They made a mistake and have delayed and asked stupid questions over and over again. Won't be purchasing here again...

Be careful with this company. If you dont like the product and try to shed light on it, they will try and use legal means to stop you.

The locks themselves are great. The issue is if you have a problem, the customer/technical support personnel have zero sense of urgency.

Ordered 2517-D. What I received didn’t match the listing (had an internal rib not shown) and didn’t fit my coupler. I ordered one model and got a different configuration, but was told it was “correct” based on internal markings—basically “don’t believe your eyes.” Fixing it meant paying return shipping, paying shipping again for a replacement, plus a 10% restocking fee and key-related charges (some only waived after multiple emails). Confusing product representation and costly process.
