Policy easy to read and timely update

Your waiting period should be announced in advance. I know that many people are not forthright and get insurance after the fact. I signed up for my dog for the long haul and I would have paid the whole year upfront. All i want to do is bring my dog in for its annual check up and add on services i ordered when I started the insurance.

I was able to speak to a person and not just an automated message. The representatives seemed happy to answer any questions. Great customer service.
