I haven't had to use this policy as it doesn't become effective until 03/31/23. So far I have received the policy and that's it.

Pumpkin Pet Insurance is very well structured and an excellent pet insurance company. They have come through consistently. Their representatives are highly knowledgeable, and qualified to answer my questions.I think Pumpkin Pet Insurance is a terrific company.

I submitted my first claim to help go towards my deductible. It was very easy. Took me less than 5 minutes to file claim on line. Don't know if anything will be applicable but it was worth the try, and it was so easy, why not try.

Pumpkin has been very responsive helpful to me. I've learned to trust them, and I know they'll do the same for you!

Sent me flowers when my Patches passed. Refunded me money when i forgot to notify them right away of patches passing they are very kind.

The staff at Blue Pearl are always so caring and compassionate and we feel so cared for when we go. They're amazing!

From the fantastic customer service in speaking with real people that have empathy and kindness, to the quickness in which claims are processed, I'm so pleased with Pumpkin! I love that I could tailor fit my cats plans to them based upon their needs. Submitting claims is easy, something a fur parent needs during stressful times of illness or injury. I recommend Pumpkin to everyone. My gosh, my kitties have better health insurance than I do, and at an affordable price ! Being able to keep my kitties healthy and able to heal is paramount to me.
