Overall great experience
The rep who assisted me understood my problem and gave clear instructions as to what to do. He moved the process along quickly. My only complaint was that it was shipped very slowly and I would have liked to have received it a lot faster since I was being inconvenienced. But overall it was a great experience.

Treadmill was very reasonable
I received the part I needed in a reasonable amount of time and I installed it with little effort. the crew at Pyle Audio were very accommodating and helpful. I would do business with them again without hesitation.
