I mostly dealt with Allyzza Abdon in customer service to get my Pyle PCA3 replaced but unfortunately it was out of stock. She tried to find a unit for me under my warranty coverage. Over the course of several weeks we maintained correspondence. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to find a unit for me but was able to find another product at a comparable price and refund the purchase of my PCA3. My experience with Pyle customer service has been outstanding. I would recommend buying Pyle to everyone. I now own 3 pieces of their audio equipment.
