place is rude and doesn't care to help. I lost a job because the Latina and African American woman refused to take legal documents stamped and approved by the government. With a date as well. I was a homeless vet, that had issues getting my physical ID mailed. When I figure out the names, I will be pressing charges. I don't know why the Afro-American woman had such a nasty attitude towards me but wanted to treat others better.

I know the lab is busy, but my father does not have an email, he is hard of hearing and his vision is not the greatest. He had the local senior bus drop him off at 8:00am in the morning, without the appointment he was told they would work him in. He was there until noon when he was told that he should make an appointment, another patient there assisted him as he continued to wait. When it was finally his turn at 1:00pm, he was told the test could only be ran in the morning. Very frustrating when he had not eaten anything that day. I have now made his appointment so hopefully he will be able to be taken care of. If we had a choice we would never choose this lab. And why have walk ins welcome on the door if that is not the case.

Quest Labs in Santa Fe , NM lost 5 lab orders, 2 blood samples, have shortened my life by one month cause I can not start treatment without lab results. Lots of communication with Quest by myself and doctors office to try and get them to stop losing a screwing stuff up, but they still continued. THIS IS THE MOST INCOMPOTNET LAB EVER, MY DOCTORS OFFICE SAYS THEY ARE THE MOST MESSED UP MEDICAL SERVICE THEY HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, AND READ REVIEWS EVERYWHERE. THEY HURT MANY PATIENTS THROUGH GROSS INCOMPOTENCY AND A TERRIBLE CORPORATE ORGANIZATION.

Terrible. Long wait for every step as you get passed around. Answers tend to be non-informative then you are disconnected. Pathetic for such a large company.

we went for physical late last year(2023) and my physical didn't cover Vitamin D test whcih we didnt ask for 1. We never complained of any issues related to vitamin D 2. Doctor prescribed Vitamin D test as part of my PHysical 3. My insurance company says Doctor should not have prescribed Vitamin D test as part of physical4. I called Doctor's office and left a message to remove this. In May 2024, i got response from Prime care billing which doesn't make any sense to me. Quest told me to settle this with Prime care and they cant do anything. Hope these charges will be removed from mine (dob 03-18-1971) and my daughter Contaced camile from quest on Nadia (prime care) on aug-15-2024. No response yet Sincerely MB

Can't call to confirm. Website mixes locations. Sign up for one, get another. I feel like a package of meat dealing with this place. Usually have to wait 20 minutes past appointment because they are over booked. Workers are nice, corporation is terrible.
