Cash grab company that doesn't care about the people they serve. Incompetent management combined with horrible business practices. Avoid at all costs, this isn't healthcare, this is a scam.

the phone system is a maze. won;t take your info. When you finally get a rep. they are incompetent. they can't take your info. can't find it. repeat and repeat. spell it, still don';t get it. 2 reps had to get a supervisor who was half way competent. i had to log into my account and give all my info. i don't work for quest. reps too incpmpetent and illiterate to find it!

Karishma who did my blood works was awesome and welcoming. She is so patient and explains everything so nicely. Can't say the same for the lady receiving patients outside, she talks down to the aged and the new comers especially when they are slow or dont know what to do. Her tone is aggravated, unfriendly and she never smiles.

Quest is great when I have to get labs done for the doctor. I get my results within 24 hours usually evrrytime. However, when I purchase a test from them which I have twice it takes forever for the results to come back. Right now I've been waiting a week and a half and I called them and the guy on the phone told me that " it's back logged, everyone is getting allergy test right now due to the time of year" as my test is an allergy test but for food, not environmental. I just think it's not cool have to wait so long for a purchase test but if the doctor ordered it then we get then back so quickly. I'll probably never buy another test from them again.

I liked Quest until today. There was no front desk staff; other staff had to do paperwork and answer questions. They were overworked, and the one I spoke to was hostile. Check-in was difficult; the text I got didn't check me in and I didn't have a QR code. I question whether the quality of testing can be good in this chaotic office. 333 41st Street, Miami Beach FL office.

Absolutely horrible place for lab testing. They put their convenience and profits above patient needs. I am being evaluated and lab tested for a specific, time sensitive, life changing disorder. I was told by Quest it only takes four days to run the test and get results. Two weeks later , I am still waiting. I finally reached a Quest representative who dug into it and I was told that they ship this test out to communist California (the Mecca of incompetence) and they only perform the test on certain days. Bottom line is that I won’t be hearing anything until the end of the month, weeks after the blood draw. I am on edge, my life is on hold and I am living with untreated symptoms this whole time for their convenience and profit. Stay away!

I will only comment on my experience at the Quest Diagnostics located on Horseshoe Pike, Downingtown, PA 19335 I have been getting my lab work done by "Billy" at this location for over three years and the service has been amazing!!! Both as a healthcare practitioner a "Phlebotomist" and a genuine empathetic, caring human being! I live much closer to another Quest Diagnostic, but the extra four miles I travel to be well-served by this particular employee that I think of as a friend, is worth the extra effort! If it were possible to clone "Billy" you would make all your customers as satisfied and happy as I am!
