If I could give negative stars, they would get negative infinity. Quest app is horrific. Account can’t be verified because it requires last 4 of ssn that was never given in the first place to open an online account. customer service after being disconnected 3 times and waiting hours to speak to someone, is horrible as the response was “I can’t help you.” There’s so much more that is terrible about my experience in the last 3 weeks trying to get test results. (Which I still don’t have because of the account issue that no one can solve 🙄).

What caused me to write this review is that I was told by the employee (lab tech) that I was required to fast by her orders. Not my doctors which she specifically noted that I did not need to fast for my tests. The employee told me my doctor was wrong and I ask to show her my paperwork which noted fasting optional and she said I don't care to see what your doctor had to say! She was very rude and didn't care at all! Same location different employee took my blood tests 4 months prior and didn't ask if I had fasted because he followed my doctors orders. Very odd! Location 3801 W.15th St Ste 100, Plano, TX 75075. For any new patient I would highly not recommend this location!!

A total scam. Customer service designed to feed their suicide hotline business (joke) . Duplicate billing and multiple perma hold endless customer service with no answer makes me wonder whether their revenue strategy is fake billing, horrible customer service, fear people into paying with no recourse. If I didn't know better I would say they're run by Elizabeth Holmes.

I was told for my urine pre employment drug test to take my shirt off. I was treated RUDELY AND MADE SO UNCOMFORTABLE I couldnt pee the first time. I was wearing two tight shirts. One see through undershirt (body slimmer) and a tee shirt. I was treated as if I was on CRIMINAL probabtion. Nasty tone,loud and rude. I have NEVER been told to take my shirt off for a drug test!!!! I have never felt so embarrassed and also so violated as a woman to stand in a public place and take my shirt off with people everywhere!!! What exactly was the reasoning to make me do that and also be told to do that so unprofessionaly and why would your staff talk to people like they are criminals for coming in for a urine test for a JOB!!!!!!! I have never in my life felt so disgusted and so embarrassed. I was treated differently from the other patients that came after me once I had to wait another thirty minutes to pee again because I didnt fill the cup to line first tims, MAYBE BECAUSE STAFF WAS UNFRIENDLY AND MADE ME FEEL SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!! I will be looking further into this from a legal stand point and business practice for the removal of my shirt as NOT ONE OTHER PERSON was told to do so while I was there.

Horrible Drove from Austin to Kyle for a covid test scheduled online a week earlier and they could not find my appointment even though I had my receipt in hand. quest sucks

6 days and still no results for my covid test

I rarely write a review and, when I do is mostly negative but today I need to comend and publicly thank Patrick, a technician at the Quest in Francis Lewis, Queens NY branch. He took the time and had the patience to find my appointment that had some how been wiped out. He was caring, knowledgeable and truly a professional. It took him no time and helped me perform the test. Very important for my upcoming business's meeting. Great job. Hard to find this kind of service these days.

I regret I have to leave 1 star. They need a negative rating system. I don't know how quest stays in business. I went in line to make an appointment to get a Covid test, which had to be for the next day, and when I arrived, the technician informs me that Quest is no longer allowed to do Covid testing as of January 1. And shrugs her shoulders. How is this acceptable? Quest should lose its license to do any kind of business. This isn't my first bad experience with Quest. They have no customer communication process, and their technicians and receptionists have zero customer relations skills. Often they are wrong, but leave you no avenue of recourse. I will never use Quest again.
