Recently, I had two different blood tests at Quest. Too many days later, my results have not been posted, even though Quest has announced that my results are available. I no longer have any faith in Quest.

They don’t need good reviews, probably because they have huge nationwide contracts locked down for business. This company is taking payment for too many tests and unwilling to pay enough staff to handle. No customer service only self service. Overworked and underpaid staff aren’t given a chance to give human caring to patients. In office, online , in app and phone service is non existent.

I have tried to make an appointment for 2 days. The website won't let me choose a date. The phone system will only let me make an appointment if I give my cell phone number and agree to getting texts unrelated to my visit. No Way! I finally called and said I was a doctor and got an CSR who reluctantly helped me and she had the same problem with the website. I'm not going to use quest again.

PCR test timing is ass people pay for a test result to fly within 72 hours and y’all keep delaying like your services are stupid you ain’t worth it this company will be run out for sure dw

I went to the Bethel Quest , and I was attendee by Ms. Rama. She was so helpful and she called the customer center on my behalf to help expedite my covid test since I needed it ASAP. She was very kind and reassuring.

I went to your wesley chapel office today. I was sent a kit to see if I am a candidate for my sister who is battling cancer. She needs stem cell treatment and I was told that you guys were a good place I could take it. Boy was I wrong, the tech who took the kit and looked at it said, sorry but we don't do it because we don't get paid. My jaw dropped, here I am because someone I love is battling cancer and needs stem cell thereapy and you are worried about getting paid. Well needless to say I grabbed my kit back and walked out. I will NEVER EVER recommend you for anyone. Ya'll can kiss my ass.

This is the worst company, if you can, don’t use it. Months and months dealing with the same issues and not resolved. My insurance provider responded quick and gave me the dates that they had talked to Quest as records. The last time, finally, they can get in touch with Quest on 29 November 2021. My insurance provider confirmed everything was settled, I don’t need to pay the bill (as I was $0 deductible in my plan). I was informed on phone on the same day 29 Nov 2021. Quick and good customer service. Guess what, I received the letter from Quest again, dated 11 December, informing me the outstanding will be sent to collections. I called Quest, of course a long wait time. Spoke to an unhelpful supervisor, Maryxxx. Not helping, impatient, and I could sense that she wanted to hang up but only couldn’t. I asked for managers, and was told that they were all in meeting. They will call me back. So nothing I could do, only wait. Another thing was Quest don’t have records of contacting with my insurance provider. The only record was Aug 10, which did not match with the records that I was informed by my insurance provider. You can make your own judgment of who to trust! If I could, I will give negative 10 stars as review. Follow up on the promised call from manager: Two days already….. no one had ever called me from QUEST at all. 🤬
