Very happy with customer services but your website is kind of complex. For example Ally Bank, Synchrony and Marcus have a much easier way to log in and view accounts. With Quontic is much complex. Overall everything is well and comfortable to deal with your bank

Awful customer service. No way to link another bank to my account when my CD comes do. Said they have to mail a check after they approve it. WHAT? It’s MY money. I will never again bank with this bank.

I was expecting my CD to earn a lot more interest, and I expected to receive statements each month to track my account and advise as to exactly what's happening with it on what days. Sorry but I'm a little disappointed.

The whole process of transferring money into the new CD was quick and easy. I didn't run into annoying glitches as has happened with other banks. And the rate was the best. Very satisfied.

-I struggled with getting my transfer accounts set up. there wasn't anywhere intuitive to find this information. Communication was good with your company but I have one of those pesky 9-5 jobs so since I couldn't communicate in real time with anyone and it took over three months to get the transfer account set up. The person with whom I was communicating told me some of the information was in my set up agreement. I guess I would request you put a job aid out there or something. I agree security is of upmost importance, but seriously, it got frustrating to try to deposit funds. I started to wonder how challenging it will be to withdraw. I guess I'll find out.
