We have tried this platform going on 6 months now and the results have been really sub-par. If you want it just for the website then it's good however, if you want to track who clicked on your emails, this system lacks capability to provide that information, they couldn't provide the open rate and overall when we called and asked for answers the reps were very uniformed and seemed like they didn't know anything. Please don't pay for a year in advance even if they provide a discount because should you not like it and want to cancel midterm they will not refund you the difference.

The introductory tutorial should be at least 1 hour. I feel like be barely scratched the surface.

I like the look of the crm, it's very pretty. But it's not good for work flow, not intuitive. It doesn't chart/ track the progression of a lead, which most other crm's do. Without proper work flow and assign ability, the rest of the bells and whistles are pointless.

Everything is setup for real estate use, but the issue is that their technology is 5 years behind, and even they talk about SEO but their squeeze page is not even have SSL. My squeeze page is down again and again. When I called support they were good people... but not sure if the system is that great as I was made to believe. I sent improvements email so hope that they will take it seriously

The modules don’t coincide with what is actually available. For example, the module said you could download your own letter for your mail campaign, but yet that’s not available and it’s a charge per downloaded letter...

I think it lacks support and assistance,esprcialy in employing the MLS. I feel like I have to figure out problems I encounter on my own.

I have been attempting to submit a Direct Mail Campaign for two days now and have been unable to "Submit" the Campaign. I have spoken to customer service and emailed. The problem is still in existence at the moment, therefore, I am unable to send the Direct Mail Campaign. I am unsure if it is the system, something I have done incorrectly or if it is my computer. Feeling very frustrated right now as I have to redo the campaign each time I log back in to attempt to submit.
