I received the item very quickly, even with personalization. My only complaint is that the personalization is hard to read. The gold colored lettering on a burgundy stethoscope is hard to read. I also felt the font size was too small. I have another stethoscope personalized in the same area and the font is significantly bigger and easier to read. Overall, I would order from Redding Medical in the future.
