i feel as if my product if defective, in addition to feeling as if it has been used. Never expected such horrible quality

New Littman tubing
Ordered Navy blue with engraving, very satisfied with the tubing but the engraving is grey and does not show unless you are looking for it. UPS dropped the box at my door no signature nor did they ring the bell (not Redding fault) but for almost $100.00 and per UPS signature was required...overall love having new tubing
