I ordered takeout. The hamburger was old and cold. The fries were cold and soggy. Immediately after eating it my stomach began to experience mild nausea. I called the manager and explained the situation. Instead of telling me he'll look into it to make sure the cook was following procedure, he said it wasn't their food that gave me nausea. He did offer a refund but I live too far.

My waiting was very long to be seated. Waitress took forever to take our orders. Food was not delivered atboir table after 55 minutes of waiting. Food quality is meh...not that good. Definitely, i would never recommend rhis place and if they continue running it like that they might close it down since people like me rather not go there ever again. Waiting time getnour meal was around 1hr and 25 min. And the place was not even crowded.

So utterly disappointed... I'm a red Robin girl... Usually go at least once a week... Last fall my server asked it I wanted to buy their gift card special. It was buy a hundred dollar gift card and get an extra 25 bucks plus.the seasoning salt. The poor staff is begging guests to do stuff from a corporate office that has lost touch of what is good about red Robin. So anyway. I bought the gift card... All good... I was using my hundred dollar card first but today I went to use the 25 dollar one and I was told it was expired... No one mentioned it was a card that would expire or I would have obviously used it first... So I called corporate and I will tell you. They didn't give a crap. I have been eating at red Robin for over twenty years. After my gift card is at zero I won't be going back... I even said to the person on the phone. Why would you not figure out how to honor this and she said... We were told we can't do anything for you... What a scam

Burgers are good but svc is terrible

Red Robin was my go-to, but it's changed and not for the better. For example, the fries brought with my order. Even the waitress said they didn't look so hot and brought me another serving. When I asked for Secret Sauce, she said they now have Tartar Sauce. The fish that used to be the greatest was mediocre at best. Their once choice of Alaskan Cod or Salmon is now just Fish. Small things maybe, but a noticeable down-hill slide. The restroom faucets aren't even attached to the counter top. Kind of scary. I wouldn't be surprised if this is RR's last days.

I had the Shroom Burger and it was obviously cooked in jalapeno oil. I am not a fan of spicy foods and have had the Shroom Burger every other time I have been to Red Robin. It was never as hot as this last time. I asked the server and was told it was probably the pepper. Hmmm .... didn't see any pepper.

The burgers are always so good with the single meals but when you order the family bundle , the meat is rubbery and the family bundle burgers taste nothing like the single meal burgers. Honestly it was a waste of money because none of us ate them. That is the only issue I have but it’s aBIG one. The fries are always good, and they reheat beautifully in the air fryer! The service was great, and the staff was very nice as well. If I had to rate this visit , If I were to rate this solely on the burgers, I would rate it 0 stars because, as I said, none of us ate the burgers, but , the bottomless fries were perfect, and the staff was nice. So I’ll give it 2 stars

Criminal, $120 for 5 burgers and an onion rings. We all just had water too. I felt I was robbed with those prices but it was my son’s birthday so I had to bite the bullet. Unfortunately he thinks the burgers are great which I totally disagree. Only go when I have to once a year thank god. Service was good though by Ashley.
