Red Robin galleria mall henderson NV 1130 am Monday 10/19. Ordered fries while waiting on my partner Fries were greasy and inedible. Server did bring “fresher” ones but by then I felt quality of RR was suspect. How can the first order leave the kitchen? RR quality and attention to detail is failing Can’t see them survive as is… sad 😔

My husband and I went to Red Robin on Sept 22 for a late lunch, about 2:30. There was no one in the bar where we always sit and received wonderful service and conversation with the female bartender, but she left at 3:00. We ordered the fish and chips to share, we had to ask for a basket of fries and when we got them, they were stale, soggy and cool, they obviously were not fresh fries. When our meal came, fries were the same, but the fish was overcooked and coating was very hard. We ate a bit and took the rest home, but then threw it all away as it was not edible. We will never go back to Red Robin due to their quality of food they are serving and the poor cooking.

Red robin in Mount Juliet, TN needs some really big help. We were told they had no forks, so they handed us plastic forks to eat our dinner. Dinner was cold and the manager did not really care if we were happy or not. Don't bother going there.

We went to the RED ROBIN in Watertown, New York and we were so expressed with the Manager (who I believe his name is Shaggy). The manager CAME TO OUR TABLE SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. Our delightful waitress who was Brittany gave us wonderful service. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. I ordered takeout. The hamburger was old and cold. The fries were cold and soggy. Immediately after eating it my stomach began to experience mild nausea. I called the manager and explained the situation. Instead of telling me he'll look into it to make sure the cook was following procedure, he said it wasn't their food that gave me nausea. He did offer a refund but I live too far.

The waitress Rylee was incredible, the food was amazing, such a great place to eat and reasonable.

Ordered fish and chips at the Tacoma RR. Usually get large, fluffy fish pieces, 4 each. I brag about how good the fish usually is. This is the second time I've gotten small, thin, over cooked, crunchy fish. Scales remain on some of the fish. Food is too expensive without getting a meal you can't eat. Shame on your staff for letting a meal like that being brought to my table.

After waiting 1.5 hours and still didn’t get our food my grandkids and I walked out. When we were seated, the entire bar area was crowded. By the time we walked out the bar area only had one person left and us. I totally blame the server because the other servers in the area were prompt and the food came out timely. Our server was too busy cleaning tables to refill our water glasses.
